Judith Diane (Elder) Odom

Judith Diane Odom, age 73, of Hannibal, MO passed away at 11:49 am Thursday, March 25, 2021, at St Vincents Home in Quincy, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Grand View Funeral Home in Hannibal. Pastor Jason Hargraves will officiate. Burial will be in the Grand View Burial Park following the service.

A visitation celebrating the life of Judith Diane Odom will be held at 9:00 am until the time of service Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at the Grand View Funeral Home.

Judith was born on March 10, 1948, in Columbia, Missouri the daughter of Loy and Stella (Poe) Elder.

Survivors included, son, EJ (Angie) Odom of Hannibal; four daughters, Angie (James) Smith of Barnhart, MO, Tina (Michael) Wisecarver of Mount Pleasant, TN, Tracy Odom of Hannibal, MO, and Sarah (Brandon) Fredman of Hannibal, MO; brother, Ron (Debbie) Elder of St. Peters, MO; and fifteen grandchildren, Nichole, Kyle, Erica, Briahna (Dakota), Austen (Leslie), Kahri, Kiersi, Grace, Emma, Zaria, Onyx, Mariah, Aiden, Caleb and Tegan.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Steve Elder.

Judith graduated from McKinley High School in St. Louis, MO with the class of 1965 and went on to further her education at Jefferson College in Hillsboro, MO.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Arnold, MO and the McKinley Gold Bugs of St. Louis. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, shopping, traveling and going to six flags. Judith enjoyed watching football and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan.

Pallbearers will be EJ Odom, Kyle Brooks, Austen Wisecarver, Aiden Odom, Mike Wisecarver, James Smith, Brandon Fredman and Dakota Derr.
