Agnes Eloise Shoup, 89, of Hannibal, MO, was pronounced dead at 8:55 a.m. on October 26, 2017, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.
Visitation will be held from 12 to 1 p.m. on Monday, October 30, 2017, at the Park United Methodist Church in Hannibal.
Services will be at 1 p.m. at the Park United Methodist Church with graveside services following at Grand View Burial Park, Pastor Bob Seamon will officiate.
Agnes was born on March 28, 1928, in Jacksonville, IL, the daughter of George Edward and Nellie Mae McCarthy Flynn. She married Harry Shoup on June 1, 1974, and he survives.
Her parents, three brothers, Harvey Flynn, Bob Flynn and Bud Flynn; one sister, Eileen King; and a grandchild, Corey Seals, preceded her in death.
She is also survived by two daughters, Linda (Ron) Seals and Donna (Carl) Zinner; one sister, Rosemary Evans; two grandchildren, Greta Mack and Carla Lotz; four great grandchildren, Alexandra Cox, Olivia Mack, Andrew Mack and Ethan Lotz; three great great grandchildren, Jaxson Cox, Landon Cox and Adeline Cox.
Agnes worked for over 28 years as a secretary for the Missouri Department of Transportation and numerous other jobs around Hannibal. She was also a greeter at Walmart known as "the woman with a smile". She was a member of Park United Methodist Church.
Pallbearers are Ron Seals, Carl Zinner, Kyle Mack, Matt Lotz, Josh Cox and Andrew Mack.
