Lola Patton beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother, and friend to many met Jesus at 1:30pm on October 9th, 2024, peacefully in her sleep.
Funeral Services will be held Monday October 14, 2024, at 3:00 pm, at the Grand View Funeral Home.
A visitation celebrating her life will be held at 2:00 pm until the time of service at the Grand View Funeral Home.
Lola was born January 28th, 1944 in Mexico, MO to Dorothy Williams and Virgle Willis Robbins.
Lola was a dedicated member of Salem Baptist Church of Center, MO where she had many close friends that have become family. She was a strong woman of faith. She loved working on crafts, cooking, baking, and creating recipes to share with her loved ones. She was a beautiful soul and everyone's constant. She worked her entire life for her family or anyone else who needed a helping hand. A life well lived, remaining in our hearts forever.
Lola was married to her husband, Carl “Dewayne” Patton on November 10th, 1989. They had 34 beautiful years together. They shared nine children. She is survived by Aura Griffith of Arkansas, Leesa (Allen) Kribbs of Hannibal, Ronda Treaster of Canton,MO, Danyell Davis of New London, MO, Tammy Kirk of Curryville, MO, Steve (Karen) Patton of Troy, MO, Jeff (Wanda) Patton of Bowling Green, MO, Andy (Dawn) Patton of Quincy, IL, and Matt (Heather) Patton of Franklin, KY.
Lola was blessed to have had several grandchildren, many of whom she raised. She is survived by Aura Clement of Memphis, TN, Ashia (Jeremy) Shoemate, of Hannibal, MO, Ashlee Zeighami of Prosper, TX, Leila (Micheal) Murley of Luella, TX, Mezhgan Zeighami of Boulder, CO, Nick Zeighami of Prosper, TX, Amena Zeighami of Prosper, TX, Nathan Griffith of Hannibal, MO, William (Jessica) Nowroozi of Decatur, IL, Alex Treaster of Palmyra, MO, Mariah Treaster, Terry (Hannah) Monroe of Vandalia, MO, Trey Monroe of New London, MO, Ty Monroe of New London, MO, Tasi Minor of New London, MO, Robert (Brady) Kirk of Pleasant Hill, IL, Valerie (John) Hollingsworth of Curryville, MO, Devin Kirk of Curryville, MO, Stephanie Hubble of Troy, MO, Ethan Patton of Quincy, IL, Jeremy Patton of Midlothian,TX, and Benjamin Patton of Franklin, KY.
Lola is also survived by her brother, Norman “Shorty” Robbins, Linda K Robbins Butler, nephews Jeff Robbins, Jason Robbins, Jordan Robbins, several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her first husband Bill Griffith.
Lola was a God-fearing, christian woman with a servant's heart. She was a loyal, dedicated wife, mother, and friend.
